Yes, we currently cover the south coast of England, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire and Wiltshire. We can of course deliver further a field however this is by courier service which we outsource.

Delivery times vary through-out the year. In the busy periods (March through June) this can be up to two weeks. You will be contacted after you place your order by a member of the team to arrange delivery.

Although we can give you a delivery day, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. If you wish to find out an approximate delivery time, call us on the morning of the delivery where we will be able to narrow the time down.

No, we deliver to the nearest point off the road. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property.

Yes, we have four Fencing Centre sites where the items can be collected from, please see our stockists page.

Yes, as long as you retain your receipt you can return items, providing they are still in the same condition as they left the yard. A re-stocking fee may apply dependant on the items. If you need them collected, we charge a collection charge at the same price as delivery. Please see our T & C’s for full conditions.

We operate Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. However you can buy online at any point and your order will be processed once we are back operating.

We do not. However, you could ask us for recommended trusted local contractors in your area. However, all dealings with a third party are in no way related or tied with DuoDeck.co.uk.

We do offer a ten year warranty on our DuoDeck boards. For full terms see our T&C’s.

Yes, if a product is faulty we will happily replace this within the time frame shown in our T&C’s. However, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any subsequent works or costs relating from this.
